Mr. J. Koragappa, Secretary, Vikaas Education Trust, chief guest of the function, stressed on the importance of time management for students and also on the values important to commerce students. Mr. Krishna J. Palemar, Chairman, Vikaas Education Trust, conveyed his wishes for the programme.
Mrs. Ayshwarya, Principal, Vikaas First Grade College and Coordinator, Department of Commerce, Vikaas PU College, presided over the function and gave presidential remarks.
Mrs. Suguna Nayak, Head, Department of Commerce, briefed the academic year plan to the students. Student Cabinet of Department of Commerce was also inaugurated and Mrs. Ayshwarya led the oath taking ceremony of the office-bearers.
Mr. Parthasarathi Palemar, Coordinator, Vikaas Group of Institutions, graced the occasion with his presence. Ms. Ananya Shetty, Cultural Secretary of Student Cabinet, compered the programme. Mr. Jay Mehta, Cultural Secretary of Student Cabinet, welcomed the function and Mr. Abhishek M G, President of Student Cabinet, proposed vote of thanks.
