World Physiotherapy day marks the unity and solidarity of the global Physiotherapy community, which is celebrated yearly on the 8th of September. This year the staff and students of Vikas college of physiotherapy conducted a walkaton from the college premises to KPT. The welcome address was given by Dr Sajna S V and the dignitories for the function were Inspector of police traffic Kadri station; Mr Gopal Krishna Bhat, secretary and trustee of Vikas education trust Shri J Koragappa , CEO of Vikas group of institution ; Shri Partha Sarathi Palemar and Principal of Vikas College of Physiotherapy Prof Dr Ajay Thakur.
The agenda of walkaton was to bring about the awareness of physiotherapy in the community. Students prepared posters and banners and carried them throughout the walkaton
